THE PROCESS
What happens from here
Contract & deposit
20% down to hold your date. The deposit is non-refundable, and it takes your date off the calendar for everyone else.
Final timeline
Your planner or photographer usually builds this. We'll review it with you and flag anything that affects what we can capture — light, travel gaps, where the ceremony sits in the day.
Final payment
Due before the wedding. This can be split across multiple payments if that's easier.
Wedding day
We show up and film. You get married. Nothing else is your job that day.

Travel anywhere in Wisconsin is included. Add-ons like a same day edit, raw footage, or an Instagram reel are priced separately and can be added to any collection. Drone coverage is included in our two higher collections and available as a $400 add-on to The Highlight.

Most films are delivered within 4–8 weeks. If you need it sooner, ask about our same day edit add-on or expedited delivery when you inquire.

Yes. A 20% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due before the wedding, that final payment can be split across multiple payments if that's easier.
